Some campsite have a view of the lake which makes this campground a nice choice. The campground sits across from the lake. The only real problem is the traffic noise from the highway, but being close to the lake is the plus.

Great spot to camp. You can choose views of the lake but compromise for highway light traffic or choose the back side spots and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. The lake or the views is a walking short distance. Arrive early and choose your spot especially on work days you will get first dibs on the camping site. Be considerate on spaces since longer trailers will be coming by and require longer spaces.*** I think this site is much better located than all the other sites residing on the lake due to its geography and natural wind block****
